Chaddar Posh
An offering of cloth, draped on your behalf at the Mazar Sharif.
We carry your chaddar — green velvet with gold zari, or the colour of your wish — and offer it at the holy tomb of Khwaja Garib Nawaz on the day and time you ask for.
The chaddar is the most beloved of all offerings at Ajmer Sharif. It is a symbol of devotion, of the soul wrapped in the colour of the saint, of a wish placed gently at the threshold of mercy.
Our family has been offering chaddars on behalf of devotees for generations. We source the cloth from the chaddar bazaar by the Nizam Gate, recite Fatiha and Durood Sharif on your name as it is laid, and send you photographs and a video of the entire offering as a remembrance.
